I enjoy working with a very colorful palette focusing on the beauty and rhythm of shape and line.  My style can be described as bold yet simplistic, with paintings that are mainly interested in high intensity color contrast which sacrifice realism to allow for a play of shapes. I often draw inspiration from nature but work only from my imagination. The organic yet geometric quality of certain things like flowers and shells inspire me to create the pattern-like compositions that don’t follow any rules. It’s this freedom that makes creating art fun for me and consequently hope to provide the viewer with a refreshing and unpretentious visual experience.
